Summary: This home is as described. Very clean inside! I do think the outside porches and stairs could use a good Powerwashing. Location is convenient to everything. Beds were too firm for my liking and comfort. Kitchen dishes cups and utensils need updated. We had a nice time but can’t give this property 5 stars.

Summary: Great single family home in West Asheville. Stayed one-week and this was a perfect landing spot for our family. Layout of house and rooms worked well for our extended family with kids. Having the hot tub was great. The front decks were fantastic. While not a ton to walk to straight from the house Everything was a close drive.

Summary: The house itself was OK-didn’t quite live up to the pictures in the listing.Problems that stuck out to us:-Not a neighborhood feel. Steep road and houses on top of each other.-Cleanliness was decent but men’s work gloves were left on the counter along with toilet paper on one of the bathroom floors at check in. Things in the house felt used and neglected-rusty shower curtain rod/broken light switch and reciprocal covers/unsafe chair on porch (almost collapsed/gutters were overflowing. For the nightly price of the home we were excepting something a bit more well maintained.

Summary: The house was lovely and very nicely stocked with the essentials and they even left a bottle of wine and some snacks. Bedding and towels were great quality. Made us literally feel like we were staying with friends. This is not a good choice for people with babies or small children.
